but that face of yours looks so different today
that road so long and winding
the slopes so steep, the wind so fierce
as it cools our cheeks, wipes away the tears
back to that day we first met I could discern a radiance
but now I realize that something's changed
in the way you look at me, the way you look it seems
this road so long and winding
the hills so high, the years absconding
golden memories and smiles surround us
